The Gomanen Challenge offers an eight-day adventure from Fukuoka to Sapporo and Sapporo to Fukuoka in tiny 660cc Japanese kei cars, valued at just 50,000 yen each. Participants pay for an all-inclusive package, covering car hire, meals, camping accommodation, and more. This unique journey explores less-travelled paths and embraces the beauty of Japan, providing a memorable experience for adventure seekers and car enthusiasts alike.
Three Routes, One Epic Adventure
Hard Mode
For those who think marathons are for the faint-hearted, the Hard Mode will
push you to your limits. Expect narrow winding roads, unexpected dead ends, and
maybe a wild boar encounter or two.
Easy Mode
Don’t let the name fool you; Easy Mode isn’t exactly a walk in the park, but you’ll make it back in one piece (with some great stories to tell). Perfect for adventurers who enjoy a challenge with a side serving of comfort.
Densetsu Mode
Legendary. This is for the truly brave (or slightly bonkers). Densetsu
Mode is designed for those who want to make history and possibly become a campfire
tale themselves.
